PEE GENERAL PROGRAM
Parents play a crucial part in their children’s holistic growth and development at all stages of life. Parental Engagement and Empowerment (PEE) are key to the success of CBC education delivery. CBE’s International PEE program is a training program designed to prepare parents to play an active role in their child’s education and development for improved outcomes.
The programme transitions parents from passive involvement in their child’s development journey to active and meaningful engagement. Every parent wishes for their children to learn, grow, and develop in order for them to become self-sufficient, productive members of society. The PEE program helps to prepare parents to support this process by teaching them how to actively participate in their children’s education and so raise confident, developmentally thriving children.
The CBE International PEE program is anchored on the premise that parents are the primary caregivers and principal value instillers in their children’s life. Partnerships between parents, schools, and communities only help to reinforce this. Thus, empowering the parent has a significant impact on learning and development outcomes.
